Kath Duncan and Deb Sheehan have been actively involved in showing and breeding of miniature poodles for the past ten years. They both grew up with standard Dachshunds and for many years Deb and her family had them as companions so it was no surprise when Deb decided to branch out into showing and breeding Dachshunds. Given the two sisters work so well together it seemed fitting to make both prefixes in joint names as their work with the dogs is contantly a combined effort.

Kath Duncan first started showing poodles in 1999 with Rani, her standard poodle. She also has a keen interest in pedigrees and health issues in miniature and standard poodles, and has an extensive database of pedigrees of both varieties.

Additionally, she has always admired the afghan hound from afar and has finally aquired a lovely afghan hound girl Karakush Storm in a D cup to show.

Her long term goals are to keep learning and improving my presentation and handling skills and some day would like to become a non-sporting judge.

Her sister Deb Sheehan has been interested in miniature poodles for as long as Kath and for the past ten years has been taking care of the breeding side of things. For Deb the Dachshund was more suited to her family, because of the ease of grooming, who also wanted to show.

They would also like to acknowledge their dear friend and mentor John Edwards of Coifico Poodles for all of his help and encouragement and for sharing his great depth of knowledge, experience, and his lovely poodles with them.
